CPMA has successfully petitioned USEPA to extend the formal comment period on the proposed risk management rule for C.I. Pigment Violet 29 for another 60 days. CPMA submitted the request to USEPA on February 5, 2025. The request was approved during the last week of February. CPMA and its customer industry coalition partners are working with CPMA federal policy counsel Hunton Andrews Kurth and a team of technical and scientific experts to provide the Agency with relevant data in support of CPMA’s request to rescind the January 14, 2025 proposed risk management rule.
