Part 1: US and Canada PFAS Regulatory Activities, Wednesday, November 1, 10am ET

In this session, we will discuss PFAS regulatory activities in North America, including the recent USEPA PFAS reporting rule and the approach in Canada. The discussion will include:

• - purpose and scope of the recent USEPA reporting rule, definition of PFAS, information required to be reported, relevant deadlines, legal and regulatory challenges to consider and what companies can do to prepare.
• - Canada’s qualitative assessment of the fate, sources, occurrence, and potential impacts of PFAS on the environment and human health to inform decision-making on PFAS and what actions Canada is taking.

In this session, we will cover the PFAS restriction proposal in the EU and provide a look at US state legislation surrounding PFAS. The discussion will include:
