Founded in 1925, the Color Pigments Manufacturers Association, Inc., (CPMA), an industry trade association, represents the interests of small, medium and large color pigment companies in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Our membership also includes companies in other countries throughout the world that have sales in or supply intermediates, chemicals or other products to these North American countries.
Our members manufacture color pigments used in a variety of product compositions, including paint, ink, plastic, glass, synthetic fiber, ceramics, colored cement products, textiles, cosmetics and artists colors.
Through their membership with CPMA, our members gain insight into the latest legislative and regulatory issues impacting their businesses, as well as receive the resources and tools they need to help them better serve their customers, suppliers and communities.
“If enacted, the Trans Pacific Partnership would eliminate duties on all pigments, paints and inks, but trade and tariffs are part of doing business,” he said. “CPMA opposes the elimination of tariffs for color pigments.” Click here for more.
